▪️The security deposit will go towards the client's total session amount.

▪️All transactions are secure and encrypted.

▪️VENMO and CASHAPP are the accepted payment methods for SECURITY DEPOSITS. Guaranteed discrete, secure & encrypted payment systems.

FOR DISCRETIONARY PURPOSES:

▪️For discretionary purposes, CNMH DATABASE is the business descriptor displayed for all online transactions.

▪️This assures client privacy and confidentiality.

▪️VENMO & CASHAPP do not display any business descriptors.

▪️All transactions are secure and encrypted.

DBA stands for “doing business as”. A DBA name is also called a trade name. The purpose of registering a DBA name is to notify the public that a person or business entity is operating under a name different than its legal name. Operating under a DBA doesn't create any legal separation between personal and business assets.

My DBA business name, CNMH DATABASE, assures client privacy and confidentiality. CNMH DATABASE is used to reflect My company’s brand more accurately as it acts as a public-facing alias that is different from My company's legal name. This allows My business the flexibility to operate under a more professional or specific trade name that aligns with My marketing and branding goals.

1. To secure your opportunity to Session with Me, it's important that you follow My Booking Process correctly.
2. If you do not follow My Booking Process correctly, you could risk your opportunity to Session with Me.

DONATION INSTRUCTIONS

On your Session day, your Donation is due in full.

▪️Please reference your email or text from Me to obtain your TOTAL SESSION AMOUNT DUE.

▪️Please enclose your Donation inside a white envelope, and place it on a table in clear view upon entering the Session room.

▪️Donation is due BEFORE your Session begins. Don’t make Me ask for your Donation— be a good boy and follow My instructions.

MISCONDUCT: If a Client's misconduct progresses to the level of abuse (ie: physical, emotional, or verbal), I reserve the right to stop the session immediately, and 100% of your session cost will be kept by Me no matter the amount of time remaining from your session.

If I feel unsafe in any way— even if your session has not started, I reserve the right to walk away from the session, and 100% of your session cost will be kept by Me.

NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS: If you make the choice to get fucked up upon arrival or during your Session, then you pay a 100% cancellation fee. Under these circumstances, 100% cancellation fee means that I reserve the right to stop the session immediately, and 100% of your session cost will be kept by Me no matter the amount of time remaining from your session. 

15-MINUTE RULE: If you are running late for your session, I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled session time for you to show up. Once the time hits 16 minutes PAST your scheduled session time, and you have NOT shown up, your session is canceled.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS:
▪️If you're a no-show or cancel your Session for any reason, you forfeit your security deposit. Since I know you'll be at your Session, none of this will be an issue— everything will be smooth as silk.
